can someone tell me what the stock hp on the si engine from a 99-00 civic is? i tried looking on google but it says the si came with a b16 with 160 hp but i thought it came with a sohc? maybe thats the us specs? can anyone confirm?

try looking up civic EX. I believe our SiR is the USDM Si and our Si is their EX.

The US Si is the Sir here. The Si here are only 127 hp.
