Hey how come nobody from Toronto Civic Club went to the Square One thing today (Monday, May 20, 2002). They had some kind of racing thing going on. It was pretty neat but cold. I saw a white cavalier beat some two older RX-7's. But still that Cavalier was ripping up the strips pretty fast though still. It wasn't a drag race, it more less a course thing. It was kewl, not alot of good cars to view but watching them race was kewl. I just thought that TCC would be there, but I guess you guyz were unaware of it. I didn't even know that there was something going on today until my friend from TPC told me. Well just wondering how come nobody showed up. -> Y'all dun get mad at me!!!

if anyone doesn't know there is a car show (imports) every saturday that the pickering flea market (i think)
and theres burn out comps (if he gets the insurance) and lots of cars (so im told).

im going to check it out this saturday before the BBQ

It's on Sunday......Peter is not going to have the burrn-out contest....the insurance wants $5000 up front for that. (just in case some moron goes out of control and drives into a Kwik-e-Mart). The rest of the show is staying the same. For more info.....

i don't think it was a 'show' in the strictest sense. Jen mentioned it in another thread somewhere. It was a Solo-1 event i think.

Sam -> yeah your right, I believe it was a Solo event. It was pretty kewl, I think Subaru and another group were co-organizers but Subaru club was there i know that because they kept on mentioning it. I was there wif my TPC friend. Yeah it wasn't exactly a show, it was more less a course. It was neat, some Cavalier rocked up nuff cars -> as i mentioned arleady.

sam -> yeah jen was there i was wif my friend Anup. and he met up wif ppl there and i chilled wif jen, yeah i saw her SS lude. i'm not sure if she ran or not though b-cuz i kind of bolted early still. i was cold..lol..
umm..some guy named alex, and i think paul, ashim and someone else i don't remember. It was kewl, there was a subaru section and a tpc section .heehe

i think jen ran but i didn't see her run that day she might of ran later.
I'm just surprised that TCC didn't get involved. Would've been pretty kewl.
