Speed Governor Keep her or Not

Does anybody know at what speed the
JDM governor kicks in at for the B16 ,
B18C , B18C5 & H22A. If one wants to
eliminate the governor, what can he or
she do ? Is it legal or not ? What are ways
to solve this dilema? Any info. would be a
great help for JDM Civic fans.
