Harsh...u said it right. The IS series does not compete with the CSX at all. If you read its history, the IS sedan was specifically desinged to compete with the BMW 3 series and according to the media....the competition is always stiff. Thought i believe that BMW sells more than the IS.

Toyotas are comparable to Hondas anytime. Some ppl here just make emotional comments.....history, sales stats, and reviews tell us that every model for these two Jap giants compete one on one year after year. There are die hard Civic fans and there are as loyal Corolla fans....Camry is still the largest selling full size sedan in US..not sure about Canada though

I not at all believe that Toyotas are ugly...they are just designed conservatively. Its human nature to be biased....some love one and some love none.

toyota makes some solid cars but personally in choices over a civic and a corolla (which is the civic's competition)..im taking the honda.

Ford makes OK cars, their engines are basically par in terms of longevity but what pisses me off about their cars is all the little things that **** up! This coming from seeing a friends aerostar and windstar completely self destruct...maybe their new cars are better? i'm not interested in finding out.

my parents owned both an aerostar and a windstar. The Aerostar was great, very reliable, well built, a little unrefined, but overall a solid vehicle.

The Windstar they have (2001), is a peice of ****, falls apart all the time, has had serious engine work done under warrentee (needed new intake manifold), poorly made interior, just not a good car.

Ford's quality is crap in my mind, but they do make nice looking cars...

Toyotas are good, esp the old 22R, but all around Honda still makes the best overall quality car.
