Removing your mirrors are pretty easy,
remove the black piece from the inside where the mirrors are, you'll see three screws and wires if you're are powered.
just remove the screws and the mirror will come straight out.

If they are manual mirrors then you can pop off the round end with a small screw driver. This reveals a screw which you remove. You can either try wriggling out that plastic triangular piece that covers the mirror from the inside but I found out that it was a biatch. So I removed my door panels and everything went faster/smoother. Then there's 4 bolts holding the mirror in place. Remove those and that's it.

Good luck.

The triangle parts of the mirror are hooked in with like an L-hook, so it requires a twisting action. If you pry and pull, you'll break them. Just be gentle, and remember that plastic gets cold and brittle and is easier to break in this weather.
