Short Shifter recommendations

BondOO7's discussion about short shifter's at the Miss meet last night convinced me to get one.

Suggestions? A little birdie told me that some grind and Ractive break!

It 's for a 93 coupe si. Looking for smooth, precise shifts with no grinding (except for my hamfisteness, of course).

Thanks for all advice.

I have the Vibrant one and have no complaints. The solo short shifter is also a good one but a little more expensive.

The SOLO short shifter is a really good one. ABEC7 bearings, nicely made. Smooth transfers..

Skunk2, with a Skunk2 shiftknob. expensive but well worth it. Personally, I'd go with the Spoon shiftknob for it though, mmmmmmmmm Spoon.

I'd definately go with a Solo short shifter...I have one right now, and it's great!! They go for about $100 and you can get it installed for $30-40. It's good quality and a good price....you can't go wrong...if you come to the next east end meet, I'll let you try it out....

umm...I wouldn't say that Solo is better made, but I definetely can say that most of the professional racers in Japan use C's short shifters, so ...I wouldn't say Solo is better made than C's [SiZ]

Thanks, EL Sport, I'll keep that in mind
