Shops for lowered cars???

Does anyone know any shops around the GTA that can do mechanical work on veryyyy low cars? with that i mean having a way to get a really low car up their hoist or having an in ground hoist or whatnot..
With low im talking about 2.75 - 3 inches off the ground all the way around.
