This is my thread i just told him to make it because my internet wasn't working at the time. and my foot was on the clutch when i started the car and i let go of it when it started.

Your fault really, BUT.... It happened in the shop right? So TECHNICALLY your at fault but the shop's insurance pay's! ALSO CUSTOMERS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE SHOP AREA! There's a reason for that, liability, and thankfully no one got hurt but their pocket! That should teach the shop owner not to allow customers in the shop. BUT YOU SHOULD'VE CHECKED LMAO.

You were behind the wheel and had control over your vehicle at the said time. It is your fault for not checking what gear the vehicle is in before releasing the clutch pedal.

i made that mistake a few times when i first started driving. Now i never make that mistake because its force of habit to check to see if its in neutral before i let out the clutch
