Service bulletin question

I found a few service bulletins for my car on the NHTSB website. My question is: are these problems with the car things that Honda is required to fix, or just letting the dealer know about potential problems. My rear shelf rattles, and my tranny grinds going into third sometimes, and these are both mentioned in the bulletins. Any help? Thanks.

Service Bulletins are usually sent to the dealerships to keep them informed of common problems/ defects in the vehicles that they have discovered among particular vehicles. If your vehicle happens to have the mentioned problems on bulletin, it is best to take your vehicle to your dealership to have it checked out. If your vehicle is under warranty, it is covered by the warranty, if it is not, then you are aware of the problem, but must pay for services yourself. I recommend you have it checked out. Hope this helps.

Is there a place online where I can view the actual service bulletins? I know that service bulletins exist about a couple minor problems that I have on my car, but I wanna know what else the bulletins say about them and possibly how I could go about fixing it. :working:

Hey there DumbasSi, thanks for trying but there's where I first discovered that there was an abundance of service bulletins for my car.

And yes, that place just gives you a warning saying that we can't read the actual service bulletins, unfortunately.
