S2000 vs RSX Type S
Ideally what would be better for a daily driver a S2000 or a RSX Type S? I have my eyes on a S2000 but I’m not sure if that’s an ideal car to drive for a daily drive? So what do you guys think?? Can you guys give me a Reason for picking which ever car you pick thanks

In my opinion it depends. The RSX will give you more cargo room, and the ability to carry 4-5 people. If those are not important for you, I would personally swing for the s2000. However will this car be winter driven? If so, then go for the RSX.

RSX, you can carry stuff, FWD for the winter (not a necessity I know, but still preferable), slightly cheaper, probably a little better on gas also (I'm not sure on that one)...
if it wasn't a DD definitely the S2k

I'd drive the S2K in the winter. Its not like it will rust and we hardly get any snow anyway. Steelies and snows FTW!
My main problem with the S2K is the size. I'm 6'1" and 210ish and they are tiny inside and the trunk is barely big enough for a few bags of groceries.
The RSX is a nice ride with lots of room compared to the S2K, decent handling and performance and they are a damn good looking car.
I'd still pass on one though for an 06+ Si. For the price, they are a much better package then the RSX. I am biased though because I have one.

for a car enthusiast, the car you drive becomes a personal statement. having said that...how many RSXs you see on the road today vs. an s2000.
thats the morale....it all depends upon what will you use the car for? some other have correctly pointed out....with an s2k, you will have a lot more driving fun (amazing motor and one of the best trannys in the market) but you will loose room and storage.

RSX is obiviously the more pratically DD.
An S2K is a summer car, and its for cruising. I've seen people drive s2k's in the winter though. If you go to the s2k forums, there are many who have winter tires for their s2k's. I personally wouldn't drive an s2k in the winter though.
If you need to drive the car all year round, get the RSX. If you have another car, and can afford an s2k, then get the s2k hands down.
btw, if the s2k was a practical car, I'd have one by now.

If you want this car to be the one you will drive a car all year, then I'll say you should get the RSX. As mentioned above, the RSX is better in the winter than the S2000. However, the S2000 is IMO a much nicer looking car, and if you want to turn heads, you should get the S2000.
Best solution, if you ask me, is to get the S2000 and use it as a summer car, and get a winter beater for the winter. Problem solved.

how can you even compare the two?
They are totally different categories.. if you have kids or do a lot of shopping with your DD then an s2k isn't the best idea.. but if you're like me and only use your car for going to work and going out then an s2k is fine. When it comes to winter and snow just grab a set of good winter tires and undercoat it, we got what? 2 snow falls last year lol. I'm actually thinking about getting an s2k next year and I definately am not worried about snow/salt issues.
