RSX TypeR coming to North American Soil?
Just read this article on Car and Driver
Car and Driver: 10 Best RSX
Does this mean that the RSX-R is coming to North American Soil?
Does anyone have any information or support or disprove this?

Judging from that write-up from C&D, Type R's are heading our way pretty soon!!!!! Woohoo!! Well, not that I could afford one anyways so I'll be sticking to my Civic for now!! lol

The rumours of the RSX Type R have been floating around for some time now. It seems like we may be fortunate to see a Type R in North America once again. The other car magazines that have touched on the subject seem to agree that 2004 will be the year we see it.

I personally think it's too good to be true...
unless they remove the Type S trim and replace it with the R Acura would be in rut trying to sell the Type S to the intended crowd once the R comes out.
Not only that, the Type S as of now is already at around $35,000 on the road, think about how much the the R would be?
If indeed it is brought over and the price tag exceeds $40,000 on the road, why not I chose a WRX/EVO VIII over a Honda? As much as I am a Honda believer/nuthead, the price tag of $40,000 with a FF and non turbo compared to a AWD turbo is not much of a comparison in my eyes.
Anyhow, that's why I dun see it happening anytime soon But it's JMO
