Rough Cold Starts in the Winter

yeah, with my 96 i wait 2-3 seconds cause when my gas is low it struggles a bit to start, but when i wait it starts first crack of the key... i always just wait, cause then i know its good to go... it helps in the winter...

Well I called the Honda dealership and for part # 08T44-S01-300
Which is the Block heater for 96-00 Civics its $99. I really wouldn't mind just getting an aftermarket one which are way cheaper, but I can onyl find one for the newer civics! If anyone has a place online or anywhere to get one cheaper that would be nice.

I installed a block heater on my GSR motor, it may not be necessary in our climate, but IMO worth every penny. The car starts like it's 20 deg outside and I get hot air within 5 - 8 min. I have it plugged into a timmer so it turns on 4 hrs before I leave for work. I bought mine through Acura so I paid the $99 for it.
