So I put my car for sale because I put a bid on a S2k in a auction in Atlanta and I thought I was gonna get the S2k. I got out bidded and did not get the S2k which is np I will try again another time. So now I dont wanna sell the civic because I love that car but I thought that maybe I could trade it for a EL which would be more comfortable and has more power options, it was just a thought. Then I get this pm from sum shooter saying "why would he trade a el for a civic?"

If ur EL was any good why is there like 20 posts on diff sites but no pics.

I noticed that ur EL has like 130,000 km's but not even on the original engine..so me trading my civic for that car is out of the question.

How does it feel that you think ur EL is too good for a civic but...I wont trade my civic for ur el and I had 5 buyers lined up to buy this car..I jus wanted to see if I can do a straight trade.

I think you should write him a 1300 word essay titled "why you should trade your EL for a civic". If you do a good job, and are persuasive enough, he will have no choice but to see your point and trade.

You will also get the satisfaction of putting him in his place.

yah but the point is this doods car is assssss and I never wanted to trade anything for his POS he jus pm'ed me. The funny thing is I already seen his car on a couple diff sites and had no interest in his car.

Well he's right to not want to trade his EL for a Civic. Even though they are similair, the EL has the higher value all things being equal. Not to mention that you can sell the EL front end for quite a bit in the states. And if he has a different engine in their, probably lower mileage, that makes it even better.

So I do not see your point. Are you just angry because you couldn't score a good deal?
