Rim refinishing

Hey all,
I'm looking for a place that'll refinish my SiR rims. They got a bit of curb rash and oxidation. I heard of Wheel Wizards or Precision rim or something like that. Anybody know any good places for decent price?

Wheel Wizards is really good, and they are like $100-$125 per rim, but it all depends on how bad the rim is.

Ric at Precision Rim Repair is who I have been dealing with for rim work. Excellent service and prices.

Stating your location would help. You could live somewhere other then the GTA where most responses will direct you to.

Ive heard many good things about Precision.

I live in Mississauga. I've called a couple places and I got prices from $100-$125. I'm not about to spend $500 on rims that are worth $500 lol. So I read a post in the DIY section and some guy refinished hammerheads. I was thinkin about doing this to my SIR's. Anyone have any ideas how to refinish SIR's? Would it be the exact same as the hammerheads?

Rim refinishing usually isnt cheap. Depending on what is wrong with the wheels, the quote might be cheaper if you showed them the wheels. But it could also be more. Personally, Id save myself the hassle and just buy a set of decent wheels and sell those SIRs.

The DIYs are great, but from what I have read, they are also very time consuming.
