you can get a ford f150 from enterprise.. also a cargo van but not sure if it has 4 seats.. and they have a chevy tahoe for their large suv.. not sure if that's big enough though.. or grab a minivan and take the back bench out.. it says on their site kms are unlimited as long as you stay in ontario

^^ I called 4 different locations for Enterprise. All the large SUVs are accounted for on long term contracts. They said for the amount of stuff a minivan won't cut it. And the cargo vans only have the 2 seats! We have a pickup - we are just not wanting to take it because the back seat is fairly small for that length of a drive.

Google OWASCO. They have 15 passenger vans for rent. Essentially, they are those FEDex cargo vans with 15 seats. Seats can be removed to however set up you need but, wouldn't suggest telling them you were moving furniture...I'd say something like, we need the luggage space or, just remove the seats at your home and leave them there until you're done. Any vehicle of this size is gonna come with a heavy price tag because barely no one uses them for this purpose. For those few companies to make money, they need to charge more to make up for the downtime the vehicles have. Aswell, some places like Budget also has these vans for rent but, require drivers with D licenses (or B licenses - could never remember correctly) so, they are pretty much out unless you got the licence.

The only other way is to find someone with a truck with crew cab and extended bed...only problem is your items will not be covered...you'll have to use a tarp to cover them if you are afraid they'll get wet from rain etc.

The only other option I can recommend to make sure all criteria are met, is rent a Toy Hauler from OWASCO. They are located in Whitby but, I'm sure if you check around you can find them elsewhere. I was quoted 2500 bucks for unlimited mileage for 10 days. Some places require a minimum rental time. With it, you can negotiate the price - some places are willing to do so at least. Here is the link to what you should be looking for.

$40 gas for extra car sound better than $2500 rental for 10 days...

space for 1 bedroom, no furniture... 15pass van... thats a lot of stuff!

Ok so here's the thing - there is no furniture - I just don't have proper boxes or money for the bigger ones - So everything is in double the number of smaller boxes.

The other car is NOT A CIVIC! If we took our 2 vehicles, 1 is a F150 that is a gas guzzler and the other car we put in 94 ... So gas is not cheap hence the need for a rental.

Thanks for the input everyone.

Also - there is no availabilities left for next weekend for what we need with OWASCO, and it is not unlimited mileage.
