Rent: Shop/garage or something similar...

Hey everyone i am looking for a shop at least 1500 sqf(doesnt have to be a real shop as long there is a bid door and can fit in 3cars in there) something with washroom doesnt have to have a hoist....max rent im willing to pay is 1200$ a month and it has to be in East Oakville, Etobicoke, Woodbridge, West Toronto area, please let me know...

i don't see $1200 getting you much...most places that size are in the 3G range

MOVED FROM WTB TO HERE I FIGURE YOU WILL GET MORE ANSWERS HERE.
AND YES MARTY IS RIGHT 1200 WILL PROBABLLY GET YOU 800 SQ. FEET
MAYBE 2 CARS MAX.
YOU WILL HAVE TO GO TO HAMILTON OR BOLTON OR SOMEWHERE WHERE THE PRICES ARE LOW.

There are some in my area for like 1200 a month that you can rent for that much. And they are pretty big shops.

Grimsby/St.Cath area

noting the locations he's interested in tho, at that money.... = 4 walls and an outhouse
the roof would be another thousand
and another $500 if you wanted a roof on the outhouse too

Yeah, the way your looking location wise... I don't think its possible... at all...

I mean that is how much they rent 1 bedroom apartments for in that area

If you can find a gas station that has an unused garage or something you may be able to swing it. But getting a garage that holds 3 cars that can all be worked on simultaneously is gonna be next to impossible. Storing 3 cars after closing... maybe.

not the area your looking for but me and a friend were gonna get one in oshawa it was 500 a month with 2 big bays and a office and bathroom that place got snatched up so fast

i have 1000sqft of which 200 occupied with office/washroom. u need to sign a lease for a minimum of 1 year. 1300$ per month. 1st and last months lease payment required as security to be paid upfront.

lol no its pretty big down here there are not enough of those kinds of shops... I know one guy who has a shop like that... but its a bit of a emmm.. how would you say it... heat score... chop shoppish...

That would be perfect down here it would save everyone from driving to Burlington and beyond for work ....
