Rear camber trick help

Hey guys
I wanted to know if anyone knew a mechanic in the Pickering area that knows how to do the rear camber trick for a 99 civic and knows how to pull out the dashboard for a civic

Also anyone know how much doing that would cost?

i know how to do the camber trick im just worried about pulling out my dash are all the necessary bolts and screws easy to access?

Never done this in my civic, to be honest, but I'm sure it's not too dificult. Search around for some DIY's.

ive pulled a dash out on my EG and my DA. Was not hard at all. only hard part is that the harness is attached to the dash by zip ties so just need to cut all the zip ties off.
