problem with Fusion screen.

I am deleting this message cause I have a new found faith in FUSION again and I am happy my screen works now, but I still can't explain the burning smell from the first try.

umm
ok first things first
it won't be covered by warrenty cause YOU installed it
so its not their problem
if the dealer installed it then yes they do something
so you might run into a problem that way

why would you hook the screen to your deck??
it doesn't play music

I never said I hooked it to my deck I said since my deck was out and I was installing it I might as well install it too.

But it doesn't matter, it works now, I am not sure what happened but it smelt likw **** and didn't work. Well I thought I will try it again, and it did work.

Does anyone know what the burming smell might have been it is gone now.

I think you should explain the burning smell...

Something was burning up...

You should find out what it was...

Might have shorted something. Fuse/relay?? Check your power connectins again. Something might be exposed.
