I just checked this vehicle out, its excellent both in its appearance and its engine/clutch/brakes and everything, but I found out the following:

The car was once issued a junk title (death of vehicle, total loss) in the states, but somehow it got fixed and sent to Canada?

anyone knows what is happening?
I suspect this is a stolen car!

If it has a junk title, I wouldn't buy it. It sounds like it was written off and who knows why (accident, flood damage, etc.) Chances are the car may not have been rebuilt as good as new, even though it may look that way. Save yourself the potential headaches and keep looking.
