Poll (where do you live)

I just wanted to get an estimate of where the largest concentration of TCC members is. I know I could have gone through everybody's profile but this might be better.

What I am trying to find out is if there are more west enders than east enders?

I'm not trying to start anything, just wanted to know.

1niceSi- Miss (West End)

Nobody has to follow, just thoughts maybe.

Not trying to start anything my ***.

Be honest, the reason you wanna know is to prove that the official meets should be held at a westend location.

We all know why this won't happen and I couldn't agree more with the reasoning, but I think it'd be cool to maybe give my idea a try.

Alternate. One week is on the eastend, the next week on the westend and so on.

Would it hurt to try that???

YES, YES, YES!!! Someone understands what I'm sayin'!

Congrats!

We don't have to tear the club apart. I'm thinking majority... this way makes the meets more convenient for members to attend. I know there are members or people considering becoming members who haven't been to an official meet yet, simply because it's too far a drive or "inconvenient" for them. How are they supposed to find out what the club's really about then?

...and then there's the HARDCORE members like myself.

I'm going to say we have to get *ALL* th mississauga members together for a meet. everyone, so that new and old mebers can unite and meet so that we can see who's who. i am sure that we see each other all the time and are unaware that we are in the same club, i know because alot of newbies don't have stickers yet.

Agreed DentedDX.. sounds like a great idea. I was at the east end meet on the 11th, and I was like the only 4th gen there! There was 1 other one.. but he left early. We 4th genners gotta represent right?
P.S.-> I live up in Bolton, but I work 2 mins. from KK in Miss. so, obviously the West end is cool for me.
P.P.S.-> Howz about a North End meet? HAHAHA! LOL

I can vouch for that.

Regarding Denteds' idea...

I think it's cool, but where would the central westside location be for this meet? Remember that there are those from even further west as well, like K-W. Then again, as PULOVR stated in another thread, "I guess the REAL DIE HARD Civic owners will still turn out".

Alternating wouldn't be such a bad idea. I live in Brampton, so for me, not having to drive to the East end of town would be less mileage on my car. What's the harm in trying it out for a couple of months?

I live in Bowmanville, east of the city. It takes me 45 mins with good traffic to get to the meets.

I live in Oshawa, we do one meet Scarborough, and next week in Mississauga, well I guess you may see me every couple of weeks then. Scarborough is already 30 minutes for me.

Plus, pretty soon we will be back at Commerce Gate for our indoor meets.
