please help : Who can Uninstall Springs/Shocks for a price for 60$?

Can you guys help me out? I'm looking to take off my KYB Shocks, and H&R Springs to sell off my civic si.

I know there is a guy that can do it for around $60+/- on this board...

Anyone know him? How is his quality? Thanks so much everyone.
