Which place....Good gasoline?

Is it me or is their a better place to go for gasoline? Like Shell, Petro Canada, etc. I know all oils now are unleaded but I figure it's best to use one companies oil than mixing them because additives. Example. Petro Canada has additives in their regular octane gas also and if you go to Shell, it doesn't say additives added. I'm basically trying to say is it wise to stick with one company and not mix oils together? Or am I just plain crazy?

I figure I want to stick with regular @ Petro Canada.

I don't know, but I use shell cause the little tag, which bills to one of my credit card so I can keep track of it easier.

We have very little Sunoco around my house, the closest one is Shell, that's why I use it as well.

Oh ya? Didn't know Petro is government owned...Where did you hear this? I learn something new everyday...lol

Ya there's a Sunoco near by my place but I'm just trying to figure out what to best stick with. My parents usually just go to Shell but sometimes they mix it up with Petro or today Sunoco as i was 59c

Still dunno yet. Shell or Sunnoco. But is it wise to mix them up? I would think they are both made differently with these "additives" and it wouldn't be good to mix them together. I dunno still, probably me just being parnoid.

i thought that was common knowledge i've heard the feds are thinking/planning on selling it... yet another huge money maker they are selling

but i wouldn't touch esso, based totally on there corperate outlook on the world

i think gas is gas though, i've never stuck with the same company for an entire month i doubt and my engine still kicks at 320 000 kms with low oil levels most always

I use whatever corner is convienent and doesn't have a line up.
Also depends on my moon. If I need a coffee, I'll hit aN esso or Sunoce with a Tim's or Country Style.
Sometimes for those late nite fill and snack nothing beats a fresh krispy creme from a petro canada( and it's nice 'cause at 3 am is when they get delivered and I get them still warm off he truck at 3:30).
If I'm feeling like a lazy sob I hit one of the no name full serve by my house( who I know buys their gas from petro canada 'cause thats who's truck I see filling up the tank)

99% of the time I rawk sunoco, cuz they support and sponsor a lot of north american racing. maybe not as much as shell, but they try. second choice in the winter is Petro Can winter gas. second choice in the summer is prolly shell, but I'll take any major oil company. NEVER fill up at 7-11 or anything like that.

Meh, other than additives the gasoline is probably coming from the same refineries anyway. All the gas has to do is ignite and burn, and the octane level tells you how it will behave. The additives are 5% cleaning agent and 95% marketing bull****. I am curious about winter gas, it might be 5% cleaners, 5% viscosity enhancer and only 90% marketing bull****, either way, that's a lot of bull**** for me to bother to seek out a type of gas station.

Normally Sunoco for the ultra 94. Can you believe an 89 Prelude needs at least 91 to run.
If not Sunoco then Petro.

Esso sucks.

Sunoco all the way! They have the lowest sulfur content which gums up your engine and Ultra 94. Worst case scenario I'll stop at a no name place and if they have a 94 octane gas chances are it's Sunoco. They also have CAA points which pay for your membership and free car washes.
