Pick one and why

I haven't picked any because of your current situation with your lease, I would say to keep the Si. Why? I understand about premium fuel etc. but no matter which new car you are looking at, you are going to be spending more money than keeping the Si until the end of the lease. I can understand about wanting a bigger vehicle but how often do you really NEED one? Once a month? Maybe less? If it is less, I would say to just rent a vehicle when you need a bigger one and live with the Civic. All the other vehicles have worse fuel economy than the Si so, it would be a wash in terms of $$ spend on fuel (others use more but regular vs. less and premium).
Of the 3 vehicles you listed, personally, I would pick the Accord but I am single and live in a condo. I don't need a lot of room. If I were to go with a CR-V, I would go with FWD and get a set of good snow tires. I have driven all the vehicles and they all drive nice but none are anywhere as fun as a Civic. If you get an Accord sedan with 5 speed, it may be difficult to sell later on. Most sedan buyers are looking for an automatic. Also, when you mentioned EX, which one did you mean? EX? EX-L? EX-Navi? There are a lot of things to consider and depeding on your wants/needs/budget, only you can decide on what is best for you. So, until you can give some more criteria, it is hard to say which is best for you...and no matter what we say, ultimately, it is your decision.
Just my $0.02.
So, in summary, keep the Si and wait until the lease is up to get another vehicle. When you need a bigger vehicle, rent or borrow one.

So do I. Went and crunched some numbers today. Because I still owe more on my lease then the dealer is willing to give me for it, I would have to come up with some extra cash or add the difference to the price of the new car. So I would have had to put down $7500 and I would be paying $750 a month to own the car. The pricing was for an Accord EX-L. Too much for me anyway.
So, I'll be keeping the Si for a little while still. When the wife and I sell our house in the spring, I might just buy out the Si in full, then I can do whatever I want with it. I still love driving the car too. I'm still going to keep looking for a decent beater for the winter and work.
I did drive a 6spd, V6 Accord Coupe with NAVI and leather and with the HFP body kit and wheels. AWESOME!

mike i think you have been juggling too many ideas lately regards to cars. i suggest you wait till you move into the new place first......im sure you know there may be many extra expenses attached to the move...but once things settle and you know your new expenses (which will be higher lol)......then you can see the car situation.
si gotta stay..haha
