Photo Day *reminder*

Sunday, October 20, 2002

Pre-meets:
EAST-END: The east end people will meet at Timmies parking lot at Kennedy Commons (Kennedy Rd. and 401 in Scarborough), 9:00 am sharp. We will be leaving by 9:30 am to cruise to Sheridan Mall to meet up with the west end. Cantonagod will be heading our east-end pre-meet.
WEST-END: West end members are to meet at 10:00am at Sheridan Mall (1 minute north of QEW along Erin Mills Parkway, on your right side.. there will be a Petro-Canada and Timmies there also) .. Bond007 will be heading up the west-end pre-meet.

Once the 2 groups have merged each individual will be given a map of the cruise route to the photo spot and details explained.
After the pictures are done we'll cruise and (weather and temperature permitting) a BBQ and campfire and more pics at a nearby recreational park.

Cost of this will be $10. With this you get entrance to the BBQ spot, the BBQ and either a copy of the group shot and a shot of your car or have the same pics sent to you to print yourself.

Bring your digi-cams, FRS radios, and whatever games and supplies you wish.

And for those who missed it, here's a pic of our friends across the pond in the Hong Kong Civic Club at their recent club photo day

Let's try and make ours even bigger.

Well most of the $10 fee is to pay for entrance to the BBQ spot (we have a pavilion booked for the lcub and also) and to pay for BBQ supplies.. so i mean if you're not gonna be at the bBQ portion, then i guess you're free to "donate" whatever amount you feel is appropriate. In other words, don't be a cheapass!

yo guy, where in Sheridan Mall are you guys meeting up? I dun think I'll be heading further East and then all the way West again soo..I'll just meet up at Sheridan

I got some bad news. I have to work at 3:30 and theres no way in hell i can get it off.

Can I just come for the cruse or what? What time is the photo being takin? I dont want to miss out. Thanks, MIKE.

We cruise to the photo spot from the premeet.... so be there by 10am. There's no definite start date for the BBQ portion.

look for the Timmies..
when entering the mall from ErinMills, it's at the south end of the parking lot..
