That's what his work would most likely charge. My dad is not one for doing body work,lol, he hates it, so i do it some times,lol. But i could talk to him.

well if you were to do the flake you would have to paint it Lol.

i was talking about the entire thing.

fix it, respray it with fresh base and flake, then a few coats of clear.

well you can do it that way. alot of shops do that way to cut the cost of spraying it mixed into a transparent base. same used for pearls aswell.
