p.a.c.e.r. book

On Saturday night, I met Mathew John, from P.A.C.E.R. He told me sometime in December ESSO gas stations will be selling a book with the laws on modifying cars. It will have what's legal, what's not, and it's supposed to be around $19. I'm not trying to sell them, just letting you know this material is coming out. Good for in the glove box!

If I knew everything, I probably wouldn't be interested in it, but I don't so I'll probably check it out.

I went to a p.a.c.e.r. public meeting once, and the Officer at the front was talking about illegal mods, so in the question and answer period I decided to ask the million dollar question (no one else would):

Officer (I think it was McKinney), for the illegal modifications you were discussing could you please state to us the reference in the HTA so we can research further, or if it cannot be found in the HTA today, when can we expect the update to be available?

The answer I was given:

The HTA is slow to be changed, it cannot be done that quickly.

Moral of the story:

Thank god Politicians make laws and not police, or we would all be driving stock cars today.

19 bucks? BAHAHAHA what a cash grab, how about we all pick up copies of the HTA, anyone who took even highschool law will get the idea of what it's saying, any law courses in uni you'll be laughing, it's pretty simple if you understand the fancy talk it's written in.

they keep taking our money, i bet the profit is going to 'furthering pacers influence'.... aka giving out more pacer stickers..

the profits will probably go into next years dkn police force... maybe get them a few more on-sight emission testers? or just get more police out there so they can attack dkn from all roads in... and thats also good cause then they'll get more money from the increased tickets they'll be able to give... see everybody wins
