P.a.c.e.r 2003!

Don't know if you guys have heard yet, but the PACER program along with Honda have unvailed the PACER 2004 Honda Civic Sir. They just released it today at the Autoshow. It has full bodykit, performance suspension, 19" rims, and graphics by DOMINIQUE DESIGNS. The front is painted like a Police interseptor and it changes into stealth(carbon fiber) rear. It's even got a performance exhaust. The car just got finished and will be display at all of the upcoming shows. There are also talks of a dragstrip at Downsview (in the future)where the PACER Civic might compete. But that is still in the works.

For now it's a step in the right direction.

Got some pic, but if you guys wan't them than someone is gonna have to post them for me.

We have a member in Sport Compact Revolution. We were contacted by the organizer about putting 1 car in the show.

Wonder who get the bullshit tickets for the exhaust...

or the critically unsafe vechicle for the 19" rims and lowered suspension...

wonder if they get harrassed daily by other police officers...

Oh wait...that would only happen in a non stereotypical world where cops dont single out people because they are enthusiasts...

******** IMO

Now would be a good time to take pics of ALL the P.A.C.E.R. cars. They must ALL be LEGAL for the road, right?

Know where I'm going with this?

I talked to the PACER rep and he said that they have to "add" several thing to make it street legal. Soooo I asked him about the ride height and he said that it's LEGAL. You can't even fit a finger in the wheele wel, if you tried. The exhaust had a silencer and that made it LEGAL too. Even though it's an aftermarket part. I also spoke with the guy who build the car and he said that they are planing to have it run 200hp. Pretty sweet.

What I'm gonna do is use this car as basis for any of my future defense arguments.

In regards to bill 241. The PACER rep said that it will only focus on nitrous and similar products. Guess we'll wait and see.

That looks SOOOOOOOOO cool.

I wonder if they'd want to race it. LOL

My eyes are bad.....what does the top of the windsheild say?

That first part of the quote is what i was talking about....as for the second part.......like you said......"We'll wait and see".

I still think that even WITH this P.A.C.E.R. car, we are still going to be harrased.

Sorry to be a pesimist, but I can't help it.

Remember, it was on the way to a meet, that a "traffic" officer pulled me over for my car looking too low.........yet that PACER car is waaaaaay lower than mine.

It also looks like it has tints that are way darker than the ones I had on my car. And for a police force that abides by the HTA, it states clearly, that............there can't be any type of "coating" WHATSOEVER on the drivers and passsengers FRONT SIDE windows.

If this car is "legal" like you said, how do they explain this?

The headlights and corners also seem have a hint of blue tint to it......I would guess it has Crystal white bulbs, for which some of us have gotton tickets for in the past.

Of course, without seeing it up close, and asking some questions, we won't know sure.

Hmmmmm.............digi pics for future reference in deed.

I'd also love to see the list of mods, and what they did to these mods to make them "legal".:working:
