he is trying to say that when he goes back to show the lights he will get booked for everything se illegal he has on there and by the looks of the car thers alot of stuff on there that can be ticketed, dono if your car is even lowered but if it is past a ertain point they can say your too low, then your altezzas, first of all they are GHEY , second on the box it says for offroad use only, so you chose to put them on assumed the risks, if i were you , i would put ur stock tails on change the bulbs to the oem ones and hope they dont get you for anytihng else, u might get one for the tints also

the cop asked him to pop the hood..........is it true you have the right to refuse him to look under it? dont they need something like a warrent or something if you say no?
