Si starts at $25,880. The "Sport" model you are referring to isn't on the Canadian website, but it is probably just a loaded-up one.

I would have got an Si myself if the salesmen could actually have given me the price back in October. They told me $28-$29. I got an EX but I'm still very happy with it.

I went on to find the si and i put all the skirts on and 18 inch alloys came out to 31 000 and i cant find the si sport on the canadian site too anyone have any specific prices for the sport?

Thats the one I thought you were talking about. Yes, it's only a concept, but Honda does have some good parts available cthrough dealers called HFP parts. A Canadian dealer can probably get them, but they migh be expensive. Exhaust, suspension, wheels, etc. The factory body kit is very nice looking, but I'm not a huge fan of the HFP wheels.
