Odometer rolled back???

I bought a suzuki swift 1998 two weeks ago from a private guy, i recently noticed that on the ownership it was under some company's name, the buyers package info says that the car has 250 000km, but on the odometer it says 180 000km???..... the seller stated in the bill of sale that he sold it to me As is....

what should i do in this case if i dont want the car anymore cause of odometer being rolled back??? or cluster changed?

i feel that i have been scammed...
any feedbacks would be verry appreciated

tnx alot!

well, if you can easily prove fraud you can always see about having the person charged with fraud and blackmail them.

once you get $1000 you can have them charged anyway.

always assume car sales/used parts people are lying..

If you make your own bill of sale shoulda of atleast made it contractual to the tee. Indicating the km he gave you the car and etc. Then he can claim thats what he was told when he bought it etc. It is a used car and there wont be any concrete proof saying he knew the actual mileage and etc.

this may sound rude but honestly...there is no love loss between 180K and 250K..lol on a serious note and as everybody has said...you dont have much of an option here...if the car runs fine and is not giving you trouble...just make her yours.
