Question noob?

Aright, im a complete beginner when it comes to cars

so i was wondering if someone knew a website or something like that where i can learn the basics and all that
also, on a low budget whats a good model and year and all that to start with?

as you can see by my lil user info thing <--- im currently carless, which sucks. Since i have absoutly no contacts in the car world i was wonderin where a good place too look for a car is. Also which gen civic is best for someone with very little cash to spend on both buying it and fixin it up?

Get a 92-95 Hatch. They are light and easily moddable, all the Integra GS-R and ITR suspension parts bolt on. B-series swaps are easier because the 92-95 and 94-01 Integra motor mounts are the same, you just have to change the brackets.

I agree 92-95 are easyest to mod!
