Newbie 2008 Civic si sedan

I just purchased a civic si sedan in white.

I'll be picking up the car at the dealer on Monday or Tuesday! Yippie!!!!

Finally got out of the sh** Kia and I am so glad, lost about $10000 in depriciation and just the fact KIA sucks.

I moved here 2 years ago from Vancouver. I wanted a change, and Toronto is sure diffrent.
I would like to meet some new friends and all. Hope to see some of you next meet when I can join up as a member!

First mod is window tint, then little bits at a time!

Welcome to the club man and congrats on your purchase. I have a white sedan too, and I have to say that I don't regret a bit getting it.

Window tint was the first mod I have done too.

Welcome to the club!

07+ Si Sedan will most likely be my next civic in a few years. Good choice!

Thanks!

Thanks for the warm welcome!

Here are the first quick pics of the car as I picked it up!

You can see the old KIA as it goes to the grave!

Kevin

I dont know how to post pics!
Help!
you'll have to host them on a site like photobucket.com and then post the links to the pictures here surrounded by image tags...

no spaces between the IMG and the brackets tho...

Nice choice. I sometimes wish I got the Sedan just to be different.

I like it. Good choice. The SI was a little out of my price range.

Its actually not that old, the kia was a 2006.
Its just that the KIA was no fun and a plain old car. I am glad to pay a loss just to be rid of the car, I am much happier now with the civic.

your civic is def nice and the colour too

but i have a problem with white cars, they look really good at night and when they are new. however i find that it is very hard to take care of them and it ages faster than a different colour car. I havent seen an old white car that looks great.
I wouldn't buy a white colour car because I can not take too much care of it however if you can keep it clean and they care of the paint it should look great for a long time

Hey Kevin, did you buy that at Formula Honda?? I was there this morning and I am pretty sure I saw that blue Kia parked there in the same area my poor old 1999 Civic was left to die.

Yeah! I did get it at formula Honda.

The blue kia was there still, I also dropped in this afternoon to give then the second set of keys for that car.

Formula gave me the best deal I could fine after trying Toronto honda, and Parkway as well, Parkway was the worst, they offer the lowest bid on the trade and I laughed in there face and walked out.
