New whip, what do you think?

2000 Civic DX Hatch (has AC, works great).
188000 kms.
5 speed of course.
One owner from new until 4 months ago (August). First owner sold it to his buddy who bought it to save on gas but couldn't get used to driving a small car so he sold it. It's ALL original/stock, even the stock cd player is in the car (so it wasn't owned by some kid who hacked it up).
No accidents or anything but it's not perfect, and it has a bit of rust on one of the quarters. It's not rotted or anything just starting to bubble so I'll take care of it.
New front tires, new brakes, etested, I just safetied it and it needed nothing.
The only "bad" engine wise is that I think it needs an input shaft bearing, it makes a bit of a noise sometimes. He said it's been like that for a year so I'm just gonna drive it like this, not too worried about it though since a used tranny is like 300 if anything.. Otherwise engine is perfectly smooth.

$2400

Thanks for the kind words everyone!

I found the car on Kijiji. It was listed for 3000$ on Dec 21st, I came across it on Jan 5th when I was just browsing, I thought it would be gone but I sent him an email and he still had it. I offered him 2400$, he said he would let it go for 2500, I called him and got more info on the car, etc, came to see it. I told him I'd take it for 2500 but I just wanted my mechanic to look at it first and he was fine w/ that but had a busy schedule so I was like you know what just let it go for 2400 and I'll just grab it like this. And he said okay.

It was located in Keswick, ON (just north of Newmarket..) I'm guessing that's why most people didn't bother? It was just over an hour drive from downtown, well worth it. He was a really nice guy too (people from small towns usually are)... he even completely filled the tank for me before I picked it up, said he checked the oil etc. Every other car I've bought was on (or even below..) the E marker on the gas guage heh..

Now I just need to make my front end look like this
