New Theme Launched
 

After some tweaking and testing we have finally launched it.

The old standard blue and white theme can be changed in the bottom left if you prefer the previous design.

The old blue and white theme wont be supported any longer for modifications.

Any feedback is much appreciated.

I thin the collude and logo are great. I would pick a different car than the o e on the header tho. It's too dark I think.

And whats wrong with it Robb ? Perhaps we can fix it or maybe we cant, but working off your feedback its hard to tell what the problem is.

The name of the forum should stay as torontocivicclub. There's way too many other civic forums out there.

Ditto and personally I feel the EM2 is the worst example of a civic ever made, the black one with the stupid graphic needs to go. Maybe a 73 showing some roots to the start of the civic or perhaps a EF or EG since they were the ones that truly brought the civic into popularity with the tuner world.

I was gonna mention the EM2, but I didnt want to offend owners.. LoL

That ship has sailed about 2 years ago to be honest. I already explained that previously when you first complained about the domain name. Complaining more than once doesnt always yield results IMO. :p

Was planning on having a right side image rotate different civics anyhow, just havent gotten that far :)

Should further note its the same people complaining as before. Out of the 200+ people that sign in, having 5 people dislike it is a far cry from 100 or even 50.

Sometimes as a forum admin you just cant win. I don't think its possible to satisfy you and Robb. It is just something I will have to live with.

As a fellow CRX owner, I guess I have to agree. As for 5 people saying something on a site with 200 people signing in. Of the 200, how many are on here and have something valid to say on here. No offense to the others but really this site is mostly noobs asking questions that could be googled and answers found or opinion questions that really the only answer is what ever makes you happy and then 5 of us that have the info those others are looking for. Who am I to say, but really, maybe some peoples response, is more valid then others, not to mention same ish, different pile, in a province the size of ours, 42% of registered voters actually hit the poles and that was for something a little more important then "new site look, you like?". Do the 42%, less then the majority of voters, votes not count either because the other 58% wanted to stay home and watch the leafs opener? I guess so , seeing as how nothing really changed there either. Sad part is, if those others had got off their a$$ and voted, maybe we'd have a better government. Maybe the government would have to actually take the wants and needs of the people a little more seriously. See where I'm going here?

Robb, seems like if we keep this constructive criticism up, we're just gonna get burned on having CRX's.

Admin, if your gonna post a poll, some people are gonna answer the way they feel and not how you want them to feel. That's something you're just gonna have to live with. What's the point of asking if all you're gonna do is shoot down what people are saying. Basically this thread is the equivalent of "Does this dress make me look fat?"

Like the layout, Hate the forum name, hate the ugly em2. Didn't even look like one at first. Ugly ass rims, stupid design through the side. Cmon.You spent all this time designing a great color layout and put the ugliest pos up there.

I say you have no car up there OR, have ACTIVE members cars shuffling through there.

Just my honest opinion from an occasional forum poster lol

I'm also hoping this thread doesn't close either like the other one. We are the users, we should be able to keep discussing it

i dont mind the lay out, but still dont like the name. just not a big fan of that EM2 civic at the top of the page. ol'dusty CRX is best honda ever besides the nsx! and beside it has "civic" in its name. civic renaissance model x

They complain and dont even use the poll. Should have never asked for criticism. Enjoy the theme people.
