Welcome! I had one of those Jetta 2.slow's! Nothing but nightmares! Worst was winter when the hand break cables would seize up! I put a GTI front end on it, intake, headers, exaust and a supercharger. it went like stink! It was funny cause people didn't expect it!

Haha, yeah a supercharger or a turbo set up on a two liter is pretty much the only way to go, even with a stage 2 it will only just be surpassing the 200whp mark, the head design is so limited unless you adapt a 16v head on it.

I noticed people saying on here to watch out for vr6's but in reality a vr6 is roughly 160ish to the wheels, less depending on the condition of the motor and it guzzles gas like no tomorrow.
