sounds like BS to me.

when I first bought my car I had to take pictures of it for the insurance company. I am guessing they do that in case anything happens you can't claim something that wasn't on your car, and if you put something on in the meantime then you should notify insurance.

those insurance agents can say anything 'coz you can't really prove them lying, since they said it was a "call" from the police, nothing in writing. sounds to me like a scam to raise their commission by 300-400%.

Wow, I'm gonna ask my broker about this one..

Good thing I drive a 92 and am 27 years old cause now I don't have to send photos...

If I did I'd take some nude pictures of me laying on the hood of my car with my middle finger extended and send that to the biatchs.

Mugen_C: Hey Samual, Civics are "bad boy" cars? LOL!!! I've never heard that one before... I used to get that with a few of the domestics that I've owned but never with a Civic.. I usually get asked why I'm driving a kids car.

Regards,
OK

Seeing as how you just got the car, it might just be the standard pictures that some insurance companies make you take. When I first got my old 92 Civic I had to go and get pictures taken.

I smell BS on the part on your insurance company.

The cops did not call, they sent out letters to all the insurance companies... And standard prosedure would make no sense in my insurance plan, due to the fact my insurance company does not cover me

Hey Mugen C, if InFaMoUs90 is paying 3 times more than what your paying, that means your paying $800. What year and make is your car? For my CRX I pay $1400 a year for 1million coverage and I have a clean record. Also I'm 29 years old.

If you really want to get around it, you can always take a pic of someone else's car. Just find a car that is same colour or something. Insurance records don't keep track of liscense plate #'s. And if anything happens, just say you did something to it after the pictures were taken. Of course, don't do this if you want to go the honest route.

Mine is 89 Civic H/B
My insurer is State farm, I've been with them for over 11yrs, clean record. + Multi link discount

Multi link discount = 3 cars + my house + life.

Hope I answered your question!

OverKill Si: yes, bad boyz' car. Because she told me all the Civic owners that she knew are all "Bad boyz!" Including me?

regards,
Mugen C

UMMMM I don't think your winshield banner could be classified as a modifcation so don't worry about that lol

Tru the cops give you a hard time about it but it's not a modification

You would be surprised. When I had insurance pictures taken of my old Civic, they called my factory Honda tape deck an "aftermarket stereo system".
