They just became available at dealers, so of course there won't be all that many on the road just yet. It usually takes a few months before you start seeing lots of them out there.

No they just came out like late November early December. More people buy new cars in the spring. I think we will be seeing lots of them this summer. More than the 2002 SIR. That did not sell as well as they thought it would. You just don't see that many around.

Nope. Sedan came out first, and the coupe was only released recently.

Nope, not many SiR's at all!!! I seriously only saw my first one driving along only last week! And how long has that car been out??

But yeah, the new Accord coupe is nice!! I really liked the generation that just passed and was wondering how Honda could top that model; I was also fearful that they'd totally mess it up but happily enough, they didn't!!

They kinda missed the boat with the Accord sedan though, but maybe it's one of those cars where you have to see it for a while and then you start developing good feelings about it.

that's cuz the 2002 SiR isnt all that great looking and could use more power. (not to mention a higher redline)

I must admit I do enjoy the torque of a 2002 SiR. And the seats...just ask Buff... I own a 2000 SiR. The shifter is also nicer in the new SiR, the body is stiffer too. Would I trade mine for it? Let's just say my insurance is killing me.

Now, I drove an 03 Accord V-6 for the first time this week and wow. Of course it was automatic. The 6 MT version will be released in March. I can't wait to try that out. Now, this, I am seriously considering.

Sedans went on sale at the end of September in Canada and the coupe went on sale at the end of October. U.S. got their cars about 3 weeks before Canada. Ditto for the Element. I also drove it this week but that is for another thread....

I don't like the rear end of the new Accord coupe. It's too round. That's just MO tho.

have you seen the honda brochure of the sport model honda accord with the skirt package lowered suspension 17" rims low pro tires umm looks really good i must say but the problem is it still doesn't have enough ***** I mean if you go up against a nissan maxima you will get raped it's only a diffrence of like 15 hp but the nissan goes 0-60 mph in 6.0 secs flat now that's fast. My buddy told me when he got his zc at first at beat most regular stock cars on the road. Than he came upon this nissan and it spanked him no suprise those are some quick fwd sedans don't mess with them mmm 6 speed tranny too Well you can mess with them if you got a b16

Totally agree, that is one of my major beefs with it...

The new SIR looks like a mini-minivan.
