my friend swore he saw a Honda Fit (Japan)/Jazz (UK) on the 401 a few weeks back... hmm... same car?

The Fit is like a 3/4 scale model man.... you can't mistake the two unless it's REALLY far away.

its seven gears tiptronic and does 100km/h in seventh at around 2900 rpm..redlines around 67 or 68 00.. meh
