You are a student, and your car is paid off. My suggestion is keep the car until you graduate, find a job, then buy a new car.

Say you get 10,000 dollars for your Civic, and the Si is 25000 out the door, you still gonna finance 15,000 dollars on the car. Might not be a lot of burden, but for a student, less debt to worry about is always a good thing.

Anyway

if you have the money to buy the new si go for it, buy starting your life in debt is a big no no.

p.s how much for the yellow seats?

The new Si is not 25K out the door nova....the MSRP is 25.8 plus when you add all the bells and whistles that josh is talking about....it will be somewhere around $35K im sure. Taxes, PDI and all that crap ownz us....
