Just Got new accord base model auto... lol but yeah I see about 20hp diffrence with other higher level accords 4cyl. whats making that extra 20hp Its just number for me but its bothering me lol any help?

i think he is talking about the second trim available for the 08 4 cyl accord, which indeed has a higher hp output than the base model. the reason for this difference is a larger in the setup of and the diameter of exhaust pipe (honda has a bulletin on this). the motor itself, internals and other bolt ons are all identical.

the 5 spd better 4banger is surprisingly peppy and fun to drive, while not taking a huge bite out of your wallet (auto is boring of course, less pep). the v6 is sweet as it is.
