Need help 2000 ex racecar
My 2000ex originally had the d16y8 engine but i blew that egine up due to overheating and had to swap it out with a d15z1 with y8 intake and headers and all odb2 wiring but now when i go to rev out the engine it stops pulling around 5600-5800 rpm in third gear is this due to the y8 computer trying to go into vtec when it is a vtec-e motor or do i have a bigger issue.
