Where can a guy pick up some replacement platinum sparkplugs for a 2000 SiR besides at Honda Dealership?

I just checked today and they're asking $17 EACH. At Cdn Tire, they are usually that price a PAIR ... but they don't stock for SiR.

As well, where's the best place, price-wise, to pick up oil filters and washers to do your own oil change? I picked it up at Richmonhill Honda today and cost me about $10. Want to start doing them myself for convenience, so I don't have to make appointments and drive there and wait.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

send jooksingkid a pm....i'll pretty sure he bought a case of OEM oil filters (the blue ones) and will sell them for $5 or something. hopefully he'll still have some left.

For spark plugs $15 each at Honda.

Oil filters you can usually buy a 12 pack for around $78. Talk to Garry or Chris at Formula Honda tell him Joe at Collins sent you. He should be able to throw in the drain plug washers.

If you want NGK plugs, I buy them from Warden Automotive. If they don't have them in stock, it only takes a day to get them in.

hmm ... seems like i'm pretty much stuck to buying these maintenance parts at honda. any other recommendations out there? i'm hoping for better pricing then what i've got so far.

any recommendations on aftermarket parts would be great as well.

Personally I'd stick with OE for plugs.

If you're a member, you might be able to get a discount at Roadsport.

Wires I might upgrade.
