Ask them what they are going to do about the damages. If they deny it, mention a lawyer and the BBB and see what they say. If its a reputable shop, they wont want the bad experience that you had to haunt them. Unless there is a big sign posted saying "not resposible for damages etc" the car is their responsibility while its in their shop.

I know somebody who can fix dat.. it happened to when I went to ****** honda for oil change, thye did nothing... let me know if u need the info...
