the fault will be 50/50 i'm pretty sure...that's how it is in parking lots.

Sucks Man, my car has enough little dents and nicks though. My Side Panel is knocked with chips from idiots bumping their doors into my car! Too bad her car is a P.O.S otherwise getting back at her would be priceless. I hope she pays up man. Maybe you can just buy one of those Dent King Kits from Can Tire to fix it.

So if your on private proeprty, you can do whatever you want? .... this is a myth, the only difference is police involvement .. the same rules apply on private property or parking lot that do on a regular road

Again, a myth .... the only time fault is 50-50 is when to vehicles back into each other or fault cannot be determined... if she hit a parked car, she is 100% at fault
