My neighboor's ride
Here is the story first.
This is my neighbor. He own's the riciest ever Dodge Neon. I went to a local speed shop to order some stuff for my ride, when we start talking about this ride.
The guy told me some crusial informations about this ride.
The owner got to the speed shop, to ask for a NOS kit. So the seller asked him what type of engine do you have in your Dodge Neon? He answered an Eagle Talon AWD Turbo engine
. So the seller said ok... let's check under the hood to see what we need to order for the NOS kit. The owner answered no, he said he just need the kit, no need to check under the hood 
Finally he opened it.
It was a good old stock Dodge Neon engine
So the seller got back in the shop, checking to order the kit. The owner said: Also, check for an intercooler for my turbo, my car's engine's getting hot when I'm driving around town 
.
So the seller said: Hey, I noticed, you don't even have a CAI, or at least a short ram.
The next day, the guy was back to the speed shop, with his custom short ram , made of plastic tubing and... no filter
Anyways, the pictures speak by them self.
I am a Rice hunter. Always armed with my camera ready, looking for something hot. I have a nice collection, I'll show you soon

ew I would rather drive a Gremlyn or 1980 woodpanelled station wagon than that horrible work of sh*t
I would even be embarassed to live beside someone with that in their driveway.
and why did he get rid of the back door handles? to try to make it look like a coup? LOL... its not that hard to just have bought a two door in the first place and avoid lookin like even more of a dumb ***.. but ehh thats just my opinion, nothing personal, Im sure hes not as ridiculous as his car looks.

I was!!He now moved. I was about to call the police. When he was driving and I was outside working on my car, he always amused his self reving up the engine and making burn and handbrake.
Thank god he moved!

For the looks, well, he looks like his car, a wannabe. Hair shaved, rapper style with attitude... but everybody is laughing at him

I hope you are joking... This thing was a Dodge Colt...CDM. They didn't import Mitsu's to Canada when I took the pic and besides, the Evolution series is based off the Lancer platform...where the Colt was the Mirage...a big difference.
And the paint actually looks better in the picture. It was pretty ghetto in real life....

the dodge colt (4drs) is a mitsubishi lancer evo and they arent based off the mirage. only thing is that it never came wit the same motor or options but same base. and yes ur right the mitsu's werent in canada but does that change the fact that it is still an mitsu lancer? does that mean that the ealge talon isnt a mitsu eclipse? does that mean the nissan 240sx isnt a silvia???
just because a car may be down tuned here doesnt mean the car wasnt based off it.

The picture I took was of a 2 door Dodge Colt which I said was based of the Mirage, here is a quote from Consumer's Guide on the 1993 Colt....
"Marketed under a trio of names, the Mitsubishi-built subcompact was redesigned for 1993. The Mitsubishi Mirage and Eagle Summit are similar."
