First rule after you are in an accident .... Never admit liability ... I hope their not injured .... or your *** is in the fire .. and you have already compromised your insurance companies position ...

LOL this isn't a feel good forum, you asked our opinions... just let this be a lesson to you and don't do the same thing again... hopefully you've understood that by now...

First of all they were being racist speaking chinese (assuming you did not look chinese at all).

Second you were easily conned.

If it was me in that situiation I would deffenetly come out pretending my neck hurts or come out with a pen and paper and pretend im deaf. Or depending on the crash rest my head on the horn and put some ketchup on my face right after I came from mc donalds. Depending on the situiation and the severeness of the accident. You start off with giving them some guilt. Then when they start blaming you pull out your cell phone and call a friend and pretend they are a lawyer before you call them on the phone. Make them show up in a shirt n tie if necessary. All this will defenetly scare the people. If its small damage get their number and licence plate number with their drivers licence number. make sure they give you home number so you can do a reverse lookup on 411.ca and smash their car for ****ing up yours. Like I said it all depends on the situiation and seriousness of the accident.

wow.. all these ****ed up Ideas what ever happened to the simple here my insurance info and thanks for your insurance information and the other required detials and away you go... unless someone is injured or the accident is blocking enough traffic cops will not come thats why they have reporting stations.... there is no need to call the police

and as for having a friend come down and pretend to be a lawyer well thats great tie up traffic even longer as you sit there are wait... not to mention the legal reprecussions of doing that

and as for requesting money .... thats not for the people at the scene to do the accident scene is not the place to request or GIVE money. all you do at the scene is jot down the details over the other driver making sure their DL and insurance and plates are valid. then it's off to the reporting station where you sit with a government form and write out what happened. then you take it to the insurance adjusters that are there they look it over then you take it to the cops that are their that look it over and decide whether or not to lay charges. at which point you then go outside with the officer of the law and watch as they take photos of the car.

after all that you go get quotes for the damage etc etc...

anyways I don't see why I keep hearing all these other Ideas...makes no sense to me...

Personally.. I believe I was "unduely pressured" into submission and ended up making a poor judgement call.

i think whenever accidents happens... whoever gets off the car first and bitch first will win (in most of the time)... but even if they bitch at you first... you can still counter-attack by just acting all cool and say you'll call the police to inspect the accident and judge who was at fault..... that will freak their *** off!! (although police don't like us the car enthusiasts), but i guess they would still do a fair job in terms of judging who was right and wrong... i always thought (because i've been told) that police are taught to inspect hits/bumps/angle/position of car/etc to form a general idea of how the accident occurs (i'm not kidding... they can... because my friend has been in an accident... and it seems like the police knew what happened completely by judging from the damage made and the positions of the car after the hit -- that's why you never move your car after an accident, just get off of it)

well my point is... just get off your car and bitch first, if they bitch first, just say you feel totally you were right and they were wrong and if they don't give a ****ing **** about it, say you'll call the cops and let them deal with it... and tell them let see who will be in the insurance hot****... that will **** off those stupid drivers...
