from a prev post by false

I told you before I didnt wanna tow it outta there because he had 3/4 of the money and it would be a bitch trying to get it back off him.

Called my Lawyer today but he was in court. Left a message and going to meet with him tomorow and possibly file charges. Im not a lawyer so I dunno what exactly hes gonna do. GTA since its over $5,000 or just repot a stolen car. I'll keep posting and keep everyone upto date.

And Gallagher thanks for the postive feed back. I would expect a little more from a mod on here but I guess not. How is this whole ordeal funny ? Keep your stupid comments to yourself. No need to hate on my thread. Should I remind you he WAS a affil on here.

Sorry man you got burned by bad business.

you should of just taken your car back regardless of how much $ you've given Jay. Affiliate or not, you made some bad decisions and your paying for it.

live and learn.

he was also getting parts...it wasn't all for the paint job, Team Rukus owned a customizing shop, they did all sorts of things, and therefore he had given a big payment to cover the cost for most of the parts

A tcc affiliate screwed you, take it up with tcc. I'm surprised tcc has not offered any monetary help since they provided you with this "affiliate"

Team Rukus, has long ago disappeared from public sight, no one knows where he is and hasn't been with Tcc for a long time.

Tcc has been helping OP by pinning up a dedicated thread for him so others can helping him out as well or if anyone knows anything can post up here. other then that, your guess is as good as mine...no one knows where team rukus is, or if he is still alive who knows.

Wow.
After reading all this situation I feel for you Barry.
But at the same time now you know what not to do next time around. I hope.

19 Months is so long man. I would of took my car back within 2-3 weeks if I didn't see any progress in the car. I feel bad for you, hopefully your lawyer can help you. TCC seems like a joke now.

If its an old car (ef/eg) take the hit since tcc wont help you. It's probably 1-2gz but when you get screwed you really have no choice. Not worth the hassle if you ask me.

TCC should of left the threads open and try to help you since TEAM RUCKUS was recommended by them. It is a shame they did not help you as much as they should of have

However , you have to admit that you are at fault too , YOU should of NEVER let this go this far . You should of took your car back when you had the chance and it is purely your fault for letting TEAM RUCKUS take advantage of you.

TCC should not pay the whole amount because you are not a little kid and you should of known better when the job was taking this long and when you started handing team ruckus money when you were seeing not results. However TCC and the members should help you in some way to get some of your money back , maybe an event or donations , or something like that.

From now on , TCC should be more carefull of the vendors and affiliates they have . Although TEAM RUCKUS never had a bad review so you have to understand that there isn't much TTC could of done . TCC can not kick out a vendor or affiliate that only has good reviews.

Any service a person uses is at their own discretion, in no way, shape or form should TCC have to pay or give back any money to a customer that used a vendor on the site. It is a shame that something like this happened. The matter has been taken up and taken care of in a reasonable manner. Jay is nowhere to be found which is out of anybody's hands and this thread has been left opened for information to be relayed to the OP in regards to the matter.

If anybody feels like they should make donations in the matter of this case that is on their behalf and I personally don't think it should be a club matter. People have been ripped off before and will continue to get ripped off by somebody else somewhere else. Buyers Beware!

If you want to bash this club do it elsewhere, this thread is dedicated to information to help in this case, if you have nothing constructive to add, keep it to yourself.

I think TCC owes me $10,000 because they recommended the civic as a car with good gas economy and that's the amount of money I've spent on extra gas if you ask me.

It's only fair.

I'm not even asking for the difference to go buy a toyota yaris.

I'm being nice..
