quoted from preludeking on jdmrides.ca

"I place full liability of this situation to TCC for being money hungry and taking anyone on as a sponsor. Thats what they get for not picking reputable and trusted vendors, and just anyone who pays them a monthly fee. Its the clubs job to protect the members, and provide them sponsors that offer a trusted service.
Two thumbs of for TCC for locking threads and getting members screwed."

well then!

sorry man, no luck on credit stone for jay... didn't see anything, maybe his shop isn't even there and it's all just part of a rat chase for you?

Thanks for the update bro. I appreciate you looking for me since I am not in the area. Ya he's just trying to get me off his trail or soemthing.

I TOTALLY agree with preludeking on Teknotik TCC should look into things first. And ACTUALLY help people after they get screwed instead of closing threads left and right

Thanks buddy ya I know what you are saying. There was all this HYPE and how great he was. Just turned out to be a let down. As I said before. Maybe others should have SPOKEN up before I had taken my car there or atleast offered some advice after seeing how I was being treated.

No one will help ya out. How you loose a car and thousands of dollars for 2 years and its umm sorry we cant do anything for you.

I agree that torontocivics is not what is used to be

BUT you can't hold them responsible for what happened.
It's kinda stupid they TCC keep locking the threads (ill agree with you about that)

I'm SURE someone on the TCC admin has the ability to contact him, and find out whats going on.

Do they have any responsibility to? Porbably not
Should they to maintain this sites creditability? Maybe

They should atlast have some background deatils and contact information to this guy. Im not saying its 100% there fault cause its not. They just suppiled a service / site for people to post. But I think they should look into people a bit deeper before making them a vendor.

I was told by an admin he owe's TCC money and they dont plan on gettin it back. That is there attitude and they just want to forget all about him. Well too bad I go ****ed over and Im not forgetting

It's true, if he owes TTC money, that doesn't mean anything, they should still atleast give you any contact info they have.

Do you know his last name? Perhaps a search will turn something up.

What's the lastest turn of events?

Thanks for misqouting me. This is what I get for initially trying to help you out.

First off. Yes he was an affiliate and was not a problem when he was first on. The only reported problem we have seen is yours. Since then, we have kept things open to allow you to help find your car. We are not the police and we are no longer affiliates with Team Rukus.

WHAT I said to you is the he owes us money and that we don't expect to get it back as we are unable to locate him as well. He is not the first affiliate not to pay that we have let go because of it.

The reason that your threads have been locked is because of your slanderous comments of TCC. At the end of the day, this club is my concern as well as it's members. Paid and non paid. And from our conversation, this was something I specifically said to you, yet you chose to ignore.

So again, you decided because you cannot find Team Rukus to vent your anger toward us.

It is going to stop now.

Thanks

Anyone have any information for this member please pm him or e-mail him.

Again, TCC is no longer affiliated with Team Rukus (Jay) and we do not have any information on his location. If I do hear or find any info, I will gladly pass it along as I hope anyone else will to anyone that has outstanding issues with Team Rukus.

Thank you

All I know is Jay was on this site for many years before he was an affiliate. Came highly recommended by past members to me.

Sorry to hear about what has happened with your car. I had no idea, nor have I ever had any contact info for Jay, only what has been posted here in the past.

I am pretty out of the loop nowadays...I just don't go on this site anymore (for personal reasons) or any other forum for that matter.

If I can find him, I will let you know.
