$30K USD....u can purchase a BMW 3 series in the states for that price. With no engine mods and a $10K increase in price?? (Si goes for around $20K USD)

Not feeling the big spoiler.

Last I heard we're not getting the Si sedan. But we do have the CSX-S with the Si motor, but its in the low $30K.

but you wont be 1 in 500. you will be 1 in 500 per year. and seeing as there is still another 3 years minimum left thats 1500 that will be made and lets also not forget that if demand exceeds initial limit there will be more produced so imo BMW.

^^from the statement in the article above, it looked as if 500 is an all time number...i checked online and its indeed 500 per year. for how many years....it didnt say.

from a strategic coroporate point of view, this car is all about 'exclusivity' in its own segment. lets not debate about the price being too low or high at this moment....500 across 50 states in US...thats an average of 10 cars per state.
