Mississauga Krispy Kreme Meet

Toronto Street Racing has organized a meet for this Friday May 10th at 9:30pm at Kripsy Kreme.

The parking order is so
\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\
--pimping lane--
/////////////////////

Post if your coming. I think anyone that does come we should all meet up some where else and then roll to the meet together.

Really? Doesn't that cause traffic problems with the drive-thru line ups, or is it not as busy there anymore?

I haven't been out there in about a month, but there was about a half an hour drive-thru line last time I was there.

It's not as busy lately.

Also after 9 all the stores there are closed so we just take over the parking lot.

CSI/HondaRacing meet got booted out of there last friday by the cops, and they were real dicks too...but maybee you'll have better luck

imported_cbishun 09-May-2002 09:00 PM

but what really can the cops do if everyone is just meeting up? I mean I've never been to any meet before so i don't know what goes on there

Good lord! The one nice place in Hamilton is now a hunting zone for cops!

Confederate Park out on the east end (towards Niagara) has beaches, a water park, beautiful smooth stretches of road, and a bling bling street so that you can strut your stuff infront of the locals with lowered pick ups :D

But alas, it is a paradise lost, now that the cops will tow a Civic even if it only has "white" lights in front :( What the hell! How many drug deals, rapes, bank robberies, and murders happen when a bunch of "youth" sit in a circle and talk shop? Maybe they should go to a vintage car show and start arresting people, because we all know half those people drive there "street" vehicles there....

sorry, just had to vent.... :shooter:

You can be cited for trespassing. Usually they will just tell you to move along.

I'll stop by at around 10:30ish to check it out for a bit. Look for a 92 BLue Hatch with a loud stereo, come and say 'hi' I don't bite.

Yeah, good ol' Confederation Park / Hutch's... my buddy was telling me about that last night. From what he said it was some stupid teenagers that caused all the fuss. Supposedly they tossed some beer bottles at a cop car that was just doing the nightly cruise around the beach area. Damn kids ruined it for the older crowd. :shooter:

you'd be surprised man.

cops are mega dicks when it comes to car meets.

they can tow your car (if it's too low etc), give you tickets for everything and anything, and they even write down your plate number and send you rather threatening letters in the mail.

and like someone else said, they can get you for trespassing. they need the permission of the owner of the property first but they usually "persuade" the owner into thinking that every single person at a car meet is into illegal activities such as racing or drugs, u name it.
